Common use of Aggressive Behaviour Clause in Contracts

Aggressive Behaviour. When the Employer is aware that a resident has a history of aggressive behaviour the Employer will make such information available to the employee. The Employer will provide care instruction to staff about managing the aggressive behaviour.

The Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall have the mandate to review procedures established by the Employer for aggressive behavior. The Committee shall have the right to make recommendations to the Employer.
