Aggrieved Party. The "aggrieved party" shall be defined as only any employee, group of employees within the bargaining unit, or Union on behalf of employees within the bargaining unit.
Aggrieved Party. An Aggrieved Party is an employee(s) qualified for membership in the Association, or the Association on behalf of employees, having a grievance.
Aggrieved Party. The person, persons, or the Association making the complaint.
Aggrieved Party. The Union has the right, as exclusive bargaining representative, to file grievances on behalf of the individually aggrieved employees as well as to itself file grievances as the aggrieved party when acting on behalf of the bargaining unit collectively. The Union, not an individual bargaining unit member, has exclusive authority to determine whether to file a grievance.
Aggrieved Party. Aggrieved Party shall mean any person or group of persons in the negotiating unit filing this grievance.
Aggrieved Party. An "aggrieved party" is the employee or employees or any authorized representative thereof filing the complaint.
Aggrieved Party. All grievances shall include the name and position of the aggrieved party, the identity of the provision of law, this agreement and its policies, the time when and the place where the alleged events or conditions constituting the grievance existed, the identity of the party responsible for causing the said events or conditions and the general nature of the grievance and the redress sought by the aggrieved party.

Aggrieved Party. Aggrieved party shall mean the Elmira Teachers Association and/or any person or any group of persons in the negotiating unit filing a grievance.
