– Agreement Amendments/Supplements. 1. This Agreement may be subject to amendments or supplements, by mutual consent, for the duration of the Agreement term.
2. If the respondent Party agrees to amend or supplement the Agreement, the requesting Party shall submit their proposal in writing, setting forth the proposed change to the Agreement.
3. If agreement is reached, approval of an amendment or supplement shall be accomplished IAW Section 3.2.
– Agreement Amendments/Supplements. 1. This agreement may be subject to amendments or supplements during the agreement duration under one of the following procedures:
a. Either party may initiate negotiations annually after service of notice, no later than sixty (60) days prior to the anniversary date of this agreement.
b. At any time, by mutual consent, for the purpose of amending or providing supplements to this agreement.
2. A request for an amendment or supplement to this agreement by one party shall be submitted in writing to the other party, setting forth the proposed change and justification.
3. Representatives of the Agency and the Union will meet within thirty (30) days of the written proposal, to commence negotiations on a proposal(s) submitted IAW this section, unless a later date is mutually agreed upon.
4. Approval of an amendment or supplement to the agreement will be accomplished in the same manner provided for approval of the basic agreement as specified in Section 3.2 of this Article.

b. At any time, by mutual consent, for the purpose of amending or providing supplements to this agreement.
2. A request for an amendment or supplement to this agreement by one party shall be submitted in writing to the other party, setting forth the proposed change and justification.
3. Representatives of the Agency and the Union will meet within sixty (60) days of the written proposal, to commence negotiations on the proposal, unless a later date is mutually agreed upon. No other changes, other than those proposed, will be considered.
4. Approval of an amendment or supplement to the agreement will be accomplished in the same manner provided for approval of the basic agreement as specified in Section 3.2 of this Article.
– Agreement Amendments/Supplements a. This agreement may be subject to amendments or supplements by the parties during the agreement lifetime under one of the following procedures:
(1) Either party may initiate negotiations at the mid-point of this agreement, after service of notice no later then sixty (60) days prior to the midpoint of this agreement. Each party is limited to (5) article sections for which a demonstrated need for adjustment can be shown. In addition, any provision that becomes negotiable through a change in Federal Law may be introduced for negotiation at mid-point as well.
(2) At any time, by mutual consent, for the purpose of amending or providing supplements to this agreement.
b. A request for an amendment or supplement to this agreement by either party shall be in writing setting forth the need or reason for the proposed change and a summary of the change.
c. Representatives of the employer and the Association will meet within thirty

Section 3.5 Negotiating a New Agreement
1. Either Party may request to negotiate a new Agreement after service of notice upon the other no earlier than one hundred and five days (105) nor later than sixty (60) days prior to the termination of the current Agreement term.
