Public Restrooms Sample Clauses

Public Restrooms. 7.1. Public restrooms shall be kept clean and shall not become dull in appearance. Waste receptacles shall be emptied and spot cleaned. Trash shall not be allowed to overflow. 7.2. All surfaces of basins, bowls, toilets, seats, urinals, and all other restroom surfaces within touchable range shall be properly cleaned, sanitized, rinsed and dried spot free. 7.3. Descaling shall be performed as required by Contractor to keep surfaces free from streaks, stains, scale, scum, urine deposits, and rust stains. 7.4. Sharps’ medical waste needle disposal containers shall be removed and properly disposed of when full and replaced with a new container. 7.5. All restroom mirrors, basins, shelves/counters, bright work, and stainless steel or solid surface partitions shall have a clean and polished appearance. Solid surface materials shall not become stained or dingy. 7.6. Floor and wall tile shall be maintained to standards specified by Purchaser and special care must be given to, grout, drains, counters, trash receptacles, and all other permanently fixed equipment or finishes to prevent build-up of odor causing bacteria. 7.7. Contractor shall use appropriate signage and barricades to protect against slip and falls. Flooding of restroom surfaces is not acceptable. 7.8. Documentation shall be kept by the Contractor to document that the proper cleaning process has been performed and the agreed upon cleaning schedule has been met.
Public Restrooms. Available on East Elmwood Ave next to the Palmer Museum. For any concerns about the public restrooms, please contact the City of Xxxxxx Public Works Department at 000-000-0000 for the most immediate assistance. The Market Coordinator and GPCC staff do not have access to the restroom’s supply closet.

The restrooms shall be open to the public at all times the Premises are open to the public. The restrooms shall be kept clean, neat, orderly and functioning properly at all times. Tenant, at its own expense, shall provide all necessary items for the restrooms including, but limited to, toilet tissue, paper towels, seat covers and hand soap. Tenant shall provide, at its sole expense, all cleaning materials and supplies necessary to maintain the public restrooms in the condition as described above. Restrooms shall be thoroughly cleaned daily and inspected for supplies and neatness a minimum of two (2) times during each day Tenant's business is open to the public.

Public Restrooms. Restrooms completed in conformance with Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 07-91 shall be made available to the public during business hours and TENANT shall maintain signage in prominent locations which clearly identifies that the restrooms are available to the general public. In the case of a dispute over location and design of signage, the CITY’s Harbor Director may designate two locations for “public restroom” signs of a type and size to be determined by the CITY.
Public RestroomsProvide a Full Renovation including but not limited to; floor, wall and ceiling, finishes, complete vanity, accessories, partitions, decorative light fixtures, FF&E, refinish all millwork and repaint all painted surfaces. The following items are excluded and may remain; urinals, water closets and entry doors. Complete a general repair and touch-up including but not limited to; entry doors and frames.
Public Restrooms. Daily: 1. Empty and sanitize all trash receptacles and sanitary napkin disposal units. Replace waste bags and liners. 2. Wash and disinfectant all basins, bowls, both sides of the toilet seats, and urinals (including tile walls near urinals). Damp wipe all partitions, clean flushometers, piping, toilet seat hinges and other metal surfaces. Clean underside of rim on urinals and bowls. 3. Wash and polish all mirrors, powder shelves, bright work (including exposed piping below wash basins), towel dispensers, receptacles and any other metal surfaces. 4. Spot wash walls and doors. 5. Dust all ledges and tops of partitions. 6. Fill toilet tissue, soap, paper towels and sanitary dispensers. 7. Sweep and damp-mop all hard surface floor areas with germicidal solution. 1. Wash and all partitions and tile walls. 2. Vacuum or wash as necessary all ventilation grills. 3. Dust all doors and doorjambs 4. Machine-scrub all hard surface floors.
