Agreement to Sell and Purchase Energy. Residents Energy, LLC (“Residents Energy”) will provide competitive retail electric service and/or competitive retail natural gas service to you and agrees to sell, and you (also referred to herein as “Customer”), agree to purchase and accept, the quantity of electricity and/or natural gas necessary to meet your requirements, as estimated by Residents Energy based upon consumption data obtained by Residents Energy or the delivery schedule of the electric distribution utility (“EDU”) or natural gas distribution utility (“NGDU”), subject to the terms and conditions contained herein (this “Agreement”). Residents Energy is not affiliated with, and does not represent, the EDU or NGDU.
Agreement to Sell and Purchase Energy. This is an agreement between American Power & Gas LLC (“AP&G”), a competitive retail electric services (CRES) provider, and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) under which Customer shall initiate electricity service and begin enrollment with AP&G (the “Agreement”). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AP&G agrees to sell and deliver, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to purchase and accept the quantity of electricity, as estimated by AP&G, necessary to meet Customer’s requirements based upon consumption data obtained by AP&G from the delivery schedule of your local electric distribution company “EDU”. There is no deposit required. AP&G is not affiliated with and does not represent the EDU. The EDU may charge a fee to switch. The amount of electricity supplied under this Agreement is subject to change based upon data reflecting Customer’s consumption obtained by AP&G from the EDU’s delivery schedule. The EDU will continue to deliver the electricity supplied by AP&G.
Agreement to Sell and Purchase Energy. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Contract Summary, constitute your contract with IDT Energy, Inc. (“IDT Energy”) for electricity and/or natural gas supply (this “Agreement”). Under this Agreement, IDT Energy agrees to sell, and you (also referred to herein as “Customer”) agree to purchase and accept, the quantity of electricity and/or natural gas necessary to meet your requirements, as estimated by IDT Energy based upon consumption data obtained by IDT Energy or the delivery schedule of the local distribution utility (“LDU”), subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. IDT Energy is not affiliated with, and does not represent, the LDU.
Agreement to Sell and Purchase Energy. These Terms & Conditions, together with your Contract Summary, your voice-recorded verification of authorization or electronic enrollment, as applicable, your Welcome Letter, and any other enrollment materials, collectively describe your agreement with respect to your purchase of electric supply service from Think (“Agreement”) and constitute your contract with Think. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Think agrees to sell and deliver, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to purchase and accept the quantity of electricity as necessary to meet Customer’s requirements based upon consumption data obtained by Think from the EDC. Subject to Think’s acceptance of this Agreement and enrollment by your EDU, you agree to become a Think customer and appoint Think as your limited agent to perform the necessary tasks associated with your supply service and fulfill the terms of this agreement. Think agrees to sell and deliver to you, and you agree to purchase and accept, the quantity of electricity delivered to you, as measured or estimated by your EDU, all in accordance with the prices and other terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Your electricity will be delivered to you by your EDU. Customer warrants that he/she is the account holder and/or fully authorized to enter into this Agreement for the electricity account(s) specified and confirmed in the contract summary. This Agreement is contingent upon Customer providing complete and accurate information to Think and subject to final acceptance by Think.
Agreement to Sell and Purchase Energy. This is an agreement between Power Up Energy, LLC (“Power Up”), and the undersigned Customer (“Agreement”). The purpose of this document is to authorize a change in the Customer’s Third Party Supplier (“TPS”). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Power Up agrees to sell and deliver, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to purchase and accept the quantity of natural gas and/or electricity, as estimated by Power Up, necessary to meet Customer’s requirements based upon consumption data obtained by Power Up or the delivery schedule of the Electric Distribution Company (“EDC”). Power Up is licensed by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities as a Third Party Supplier (License No. ESL-0216.) Power Up is not affiliated with and does not represent the EDC. The EDC will continue to deliver the electricity supplied by Power Up. Customer understands that switching to a Third Party Supplier (“TPS”) is not mandatory, and the customer has the option of remaining with the EDC for basic electric supply.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AP&G agrees to sell and deliver, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to purchase and accept the quantity of natural gas, as estimated by AP&G, necessary to meet Customer’s requirements based upon consumption data obtained by AP&G from the delivery schedule of your local natural gas company A.K.A, the Local Distribution Company or “LDC”. There is no deposit required. AP&G is not affiliated with and does not represent the LDC. The LDC may charge a fee to switch. The amount of natural gas supplied under this Agreement is subject to change based upon data reflecting Customer’s consumption obtained by AP&G from the LDC’s delivery schedule. The LDC will continue to deliver the natural gas supplied by AP&G.

(“Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc.”), an independent energy services company, and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) under which Customer shall initiate gas and/or electricity service and begin enrollment with Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc. (the “Agreement”). Subject to the terms of service of this Agreement, Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc. agrees to sell and deliver, and Xxxxxxxx agrees to purchase and accept the quantity of electricity and gas, as estimated by Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc. necessary to meet Customer’s requirements based upon consumption data obtained by Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc. or the delivery schedule of the Local Distribution Utility (the “LDC”). Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc. is not affiliated with and does not represent the LDC. The amount of gas and electricity supplied under this Agreement is subject to change based upon data reflecting Customer’s consumption obtained by Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc. or the LDC’s delivery schedule. The LDC will continue to deliver the electricity supplied by Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc.
Agreement to Sell and Purchase Energy. This is an Agreement between Great American Gas & Electric, LLC (“GAGE” or Seller) an independent energy services company and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) under which Customer shall initiate natural gas and/or electric service and begin enrollment with GAGE (the “Agreement”). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, GAGE agrees to sell and facilitate delivery, and Customer agrees to purchase and accept the quantity of natural gas and/or electricity, as estimated by GAGE, necessary to meet Customer’s requirements based upon consumption data obtained by GAGE or the delivery schedule of the Local Distribution Company (the “LDC”). GAGE is not affiliated with and does not represent the LDC. The amount of natural gas and/or electricity delivered under this Agreement is subject to change based upon data reflecting Customer’s consumption obtained by GAGE or the LDC’s delivery schedule. The LDC will continue to deliver the gas and/or electricity supplied by GAGE.
Agreement to Sell and Purchase Energy. This is an Agreement between Greenlight Energy Inc and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) under which Customer shall initiate natural gas and/or electric service to begin enrollment with Greenlight Energy Inc (the “Agreement”). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Greenlight Energy Inc agrees to sell and facilitate delivery, and Customer agrees to purchase and accept the quantity of energy, as estimated by Greenlight Energy Inc necessary to meet Customer’s requirements based upon consumption data obtained by (ESCO) or the delivery schedule of the Local Distribution Company (the “LDC”). The amount of energy delivered under this Agreement is subject to change based upon data reflecting Customer’s consumption obtained by Greenlight Energy Inc. or the LDC’s delivery schedule. BILLING - Customer will continue to receive a single bill for both commodity and delivery costs from the LDC. SERVICE – Greenlight Energy Inc. will establish an energy transportation program for Customer with its LDC in accordance with the LDC’s procedures. Customer agrees to purchase all its natural gas and/or Electricity requirements from Greenlight Energy Inc. on a firm basis. DELIVERY POINT, TITLE AND TAXES – Greenlight Energy Inc. will deliver Customer’s energy supply to the transfer point where gas/electricity first enters the interstate pipeline. Title to, and risk of loss of the energy will pass from Greenlight Energy Inc. to Customer at the transfer point(s). Greenlight Energy Inc. warrants good title to the natural gas and electricity sold to be delivered to Customer.
