AIR TRANSPORT FROM OUTSIDE CANADA. In respect of an Employee and the Employee's insured Dependents, the Insurer will pay benefits for the following, in the amount of the excess of the expense over the coverage afforded by a government hospital or health plan in the Employee's home province: The cost of air transport (but not the patient's fare) from the place outside of Canada in which illness or injury occurs, to the home city in Canada, but only when supported by an order in writing from the attending physician:
