Airports Authority’s Maintenance. The Airports Authority shall keep and maintain the Airport property which is not a part of the Premises and the roof (excluding any skylights, tenant rooftop HVAC units and exhaust units and/or roof penetrations made by Contractor, any of which shall only be permitted with Airports Authority's prior written consent), structural elements and foundation and the exterior surface of the exterior walls of the building in which the Premises are located (exclusive of storefronts, doors, door frames, door checks, other entrances, windows and window frames which are not part of Common Areas) in good repair, except that the Airports Authority shall not be called upon to make any such repairs occasioned by the act, omission or negligence of Contractor, its agents, employees, invitees, licensees or contractors. The Airports Authority shall not be called upon to make any other improvements or repairs of any kind upon the Premises and appurtenances, except as may be specifically required under this Lease, and nothing contained in this Section 11.1 shall limit Airports Authority's right to reimbursement from Contractor for maintenance, repair costs and replacement costs conferred elsewhere in this Lease. Contractor shall not be responsible for the maintenance of the Common Areas in the Airport. Such maintenance shall be the sole responsibility of the Airports Authority. In no event shall Airports Authority be liable for any consequential damages, Contractor's lost profits or any other damages claimed to be caused by any failure of maintenance or repair by the Airports Authority. Airports Authority shall not have any maintenance and repair obligations to Contractor with respect to the Premises, the Airport, the Common Areas, public food courts and public seating areas or any other facility.

  • Road Maintenance Purchaser shall maintain roads, commensurate with Purchaser’s use, in accor- dance with Road Maintenance Requirements in C5.31 and the Road Maintenance Specifications. Performance of road maintenance work by Purchaser may be required prior to, during, or after each period of use. The timing of work accomplishment shall be based on Purchaser’s Op- erating Schedule under B6.31. When two or more commercial users are simultane- ously using the same road where Forest Service is not requiring maintenance deposits, the commercial users will develop maintenance responsibilities and arrangements for accomplishing the work. Forest Service must agree to this plan. If the commercial users cannot agree on main- tenance responsibilities, Forest Service shall resolve the differences. If Purchaser elects to use different roads than those listed in C5.31, Forest Service shall determine Pur- chaser’s commensurate share of road maintenance and revise road maintenance deposits in C5.32. If Forest Service cannot perform its full commensu- rate share of road maintenance, Forest Service shall make a cash payment to Purchaser for performance of such work. Unless agreed in writing, prehaul maintenance shall be completed on any portion of road prior to hauling on that portion. Maintenance, as used in this contract, does not include road reconstruction or repairs of an extraordi- nary nature.

  • General Maintenance The LLC will establish and maintain a Capital Account for each Member. A Member’s Capital Account balance (“Capital Account Balance”) will be:

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Notifications of Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-­‐four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.
