In the event that a Resident receives a drug screening test result indicating any substance use, CONTRACTOR shall formulate and implement a plan of corrective action, which may include discharge, and shall be documented in the Resident’s record, and shall notify Probation and COUNTY of said test result indicating any substance use within one (1) business day. Results of these screenings shall be documented in the Client's file. If any Maintenance Client’s drug screen results indicate a negative pattern of testing positive for non-opioid illegal substances, or methadone diversion, CONTRACTOR shall list on the Monthly Report, the corrective action taken to refocus the Client. The CONTRACTOR shall document this in the Client’s file. All counseling session discussions and referrals/linkages shall be documented in the Client’s file.
