Allocation of Hours. The Company will endeavour to offer the most senior employee in the store the most scheduled hours and any hours of work beyond those normally scheduled hours of work which arise because of absence due to sick leave or holidays, provided the senior employee has the immediate ability and willingness to perform the work as required, and is available to perform the work immediately. Hours shall be assigned based on seniority to those employees who have not received the maximum of twenty-eight (28) hours in any given week.
