Alteration of Service. 9.1 The DTHO agrees to re-transmit the HD Channels in the Territory during the entire Term of this Agreement on an as-is basis and in their entirety and continuously on a 24X7X365 days basis without any break and without any editing, dubbing, delays, alterations, interruptions, picture squeezing or re- sizing, insertion of graphic or animated overlays, pull-through or crawls, deletions or additions and further agrees to make the HD Channels available to its existing Subscribers as on the date of execution of this Agreement as well as its new Subscribers.
9.2 DTHO shall have the right to insert ONLY its trademark/logo on the HD Channels. However, the DTHO shall insert such trademark/logo/trade names in a manner which is of a reasonable size and shall not superimpose or otherwise alter any, logos on any HD Channel.
9.3 The DTHO agrees and undertakes not to: 9.
3.1 copy /use any of the programmes, data or content included on the HD Channel(s) for the purpose of distributing them later, or for any other reason, except as may be required by any applicable Laws within the Territory; 9.3.2 cut, edit, insert, dub, voice-over, sub-title, reformat or otherwise change or make additions to any programmes, data or content included on the HD Channel(s) except as may be required by any applicable Laws; 9.
Alteration of Service. 9.1 The IPTVO agrees to re-transmit the HD Channels in the Territory during the entire Term of this Agreement on an as-is basis and in their entirety and continuously on a 24X7X365 days basis without any break and without any editing, dubbing, delays, alterations, interruptions, picture squeezing or re- sizing, insertion of graphic or animated overlays, pull-through or crawls, deletions or additions and further agrees to make the HD Channels available to its existing Subscribers as on the date of execution of this Agreement as well as its new Subscribers.
Alteration of Service. 10.1 The HITSO agrees to re-transmit the HD Channels in the Territory during the entire Term of this Agreement on an as-is basis and in their entirety and continuously on a 24 x 7 x 365 days basis without any break and without any editing, dubbing, delays, alterations, interruptions, picture squeezing or re-sizing, insertion of graphic or animated overlays, pull- through or crawls, deletions or additions and further agrees to make the HD Channels available to its existing Subscribers as on the date of execution of this Agreement as well as its new Subscribers.
Alteration of Service. Operator agrees to carry each of the Channels in its entirety, in the order and at the time transmitted by RAJ GROUP’s licensors without any editing, delays, alterations, interruptions, picture squeezing or re-sizing, insertion of graphic or animated overlays, pull-through or crawls, deletions or additions, except as authorized in advance in writing by RAJ GROUP, including for any electronic program guide as referenced below. Operator shall not redistribute any portion of any of the Channels except as specifically authorized by RAJ GROUP. RAJ GROUP and its licensors reserve the right to alter any or all of the Channels, including the names of the Channels and the programming exhibited on the Channels. Operator also agrees and undertakes that it shall not superimpose or otherwise insert any advertisements, promotions, programmes, data and content whatsoever either its own or that of any other channel before/during/after or along with the content of the Channel(s). For the avoidance of doubt, Operator shall not reconfigure, combine, alter, edit, manipulate, dub, sub title or repackage the Channel for any purpose or copy and store the content of the Channel on any storage device in any medium. Neither will Operator enable Subscribers to do the same. However it is clarified that in accordance with applicable TRAI regulations, the Operator can provide PVR/DVR facility at Subscriber end.
Alteration of Service. We reserve the right to make any objectively justified and reasonable changes to our service or delivery obligations, which shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer in advance. This particularly applies to newer editions of books, CDs, or other audio and video recordings.
Alteration of Service. Landlord reserves and shall at all times have the right in its sole discretion to alter the utilities serving the Albany Street Plaza without unnecessarily disrupting service to Tenant, and Tenant agrees to execute and deliver to Landlord without delay such documentation as may be required to effect such alteration. Operating Costs shall not include the cost of such alterations. Operating costs shall not include the cost of such alterations.

MSO agrees to re-transmit the HD Channels in the Territory during the entire Term of this Agreement on an as-is basis and in their entirety and continuously on a 24 x 7 x 365 days basis without any break and without any editing, dubbing, delays, alterations, interruptions, picture squeezing or re- sizing, insertion of graphic or animated overlays, pull-through or crawls, deletions or additions and further agrees to make the HD Channels available to its existing Subscribers as on the date of execution of this Agreement as well as its new Subscribers.
Alteration of Service. Party A is entitled to alter service by changing, adding or reducing service during contract implementation process.
Alteration of Service agrees to carry each of the Channels in its entirety, in the order and at the time transmitted by the respective Service Providers of the Channels without any editing, delays, alterations, interruptions, picture squeezing or re-sizing, insertion of graphic or animated overlays, pull-throughs or crawls, deletions or additions, unless agreed in advance in writing between may insert scrollers or other text to communicate with its Subscribers where it is (i) required by any Government Authority, or (ii) for the purpose of informing Subscribers of an impending blackout, disconnection of services or change in packaging affecting the Channel, or
