ALTERATIONS AND DECORATIONS. Alterations to buildings and individual rooms are not permitted. The Student may be required, at their expense, to remove alterations or decorations and may also be required to pay for any resulting damage.

ALTERATIONS AND DECORATIONS. Any alternations and/or decorations must be submitted by the Tenant to the Landlord/manager in writing. Landlord/manager shall have a reasonable amount of time to review such requests. When approved by the landlord/manager, tenant(s) plans for alterations and decorations shall bear a determination regarding ownership. If tenant(s) are able to show landlord/manager that the tenant(s) are able to remove the alterations or decorations and restore that part of their dwelling to its original condition, then the landlord/manager may grant tenant(s) the right to remove them. Otherwise, any alterations of decorations made by the tenant(s) will become the property of the landlord/manager when the tenant(s) vacate the premises. Tenant shall not attach any permanent or temporary fixtures to the exterior of the property including but not limited to radio or television aerials without written permission from landlord/manager.
