Altering of Work Schedule. No employee will have their work schedule 14 altered for the purpose of avoiding the payment of overtime except when an employee bids for such 15 change as provided in Section 5.3. No employee will be required to work on their scheduled day off 16 in lieu of the employee’s scheduled workday. An employee will not receive overtime pay for 17 working on Saturday and/or Sunday if the day(s) are part of their regular work schedule.
