Alternative Livelihoods. Carrying out of a program of incentives designed to ensure environmentally and economically sustainable management of fisheries within the Co-managed MPAs, such incentives to include: (i) provision of legal fishing nets at a discount in exchange for illegal nets, provision on a demand-driven basis of small infrastructure, fish processing ovens and/or other equipment or supplies, and/or Training, upon compliance with continued use of legal fishing nets; (ii) Training in local level waste and hygiene management and monitoring, water quality and local eco-system monitoring; and (iii) transparent community-based reporting on, and monitoring by the Recipient of, compliance with the use of such nets. Social Marketing, Communication and Transparency The design and implementation by the MFMR of locally accessible communications strategies, consultations and marketing campaigns to improve public knowledge of the new fisheries policies developed under the Project. The carrying out of a Training program to facilitate the development of an active network of local journalists within the region to cover and report on the fisheries management issues and progress with Program implementation, such program to include the provision of small equipment and travel expenses for network journalists.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Reverse ADSL Loops If a CLEC’s ADSL Transmission Unit (including those integrated into DSLAMs) is attached to Sprint’s Network and if an ADSL Copper Loop should start at an outside location, and is looped through a host or remote, and then to the subscriber, the copper plant from the outside location to the Sprint host or remote central office must be a facility dedicated to ADSL transmission only and not part of Sprint’s regular feeder or distribution plant.

  • Career Ladder Effective July 1, 2014, TALC and the District agreed to the 11 implementation of a Career Ladder for the advancement of instructional staff on the 12 Performance Salary Schedule.   • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):
