Fishing Co-Management. The introduction of a system of co-management of the Recipient’s coastal fishing resources by the Recipient and local fishing communities, in order to establish TURFs along the coast, through: the establishment and operationalization of CMAs and eventually TURFs; the provision of Training (and related equipment) to CMA members, fishing communities and fishers on such matters as appropriate co-management of fisheries, business management and marketing strategies, environmental health of shorelines; the provision of Training (and related equipment) for the BNF’s head office and field staff and fisheries inspectors on such matters as co-management of the fisheries and establishment of TURFs, community facilitation; new fishing methods and business models in local communities and private fisheries micro-credit access to the communities; the construction of community fisheries centers for CMAs and provision of equipment for those centers; the provision of improved ovens for processing fish to women processors and the provision of Training to women in the community on the operation and maintenance of such ovens; and the provision of safety navigation systems for small-scale fishing vessels and Training for fishers in their use.

Related to Fishing Co-Management

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Pain Management Inpatient rehabilitation for Pain Management is excluded.

  • Crisis Management 1. The Parties reaffirm their commitment to cooperating in promoting international peace and stability.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • RESERVATIONS TO MANAGEMENT 3.01 The union recognizes the right of the company to hire, promote, demote, transfer, discipline, suspend or discharge any employee subject to such regulations and restrictions governing the exercise of these rights as are expressly provided in this agreement and subject to the right of the employee concerned to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent herein provided. Any change in rules and regulations to be observed by employees shall be negotiated by the parties.

  • Labour Management (a) No employee or group of employees will undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the University without the proper authorization of the Union.   • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout
