Amendment of the Lease Agreement. If there is reason to do so, Leasefiets may amend the Lease Agreement in consultation with you. This amendment shall be in writing.
Amendment of the Lease Agreement. Each of the following sections of the Lease Agreement is hereby amended, in relevant part, as set forth below; in each case, language to be deleted from the provision is stricken-out and language to be added thereto is double underscored:
Amendment of the Lease Agreement. (a) The Company and the Issuer may amend the Lease Agreement but as to any amendment to the Lease Agreement during the Variable Rate Period with the consent of the Credit Facility Issuer (if no default has occurred and is continuing under the Credit Facility); provided that prior to making any amendment, the Company shall provide the Trustee and the Credit Facility Trustee during the Variable Rate Period (if no default has occurred and is continuing under the Credit Facility) the Credit Facility Issuer with:
Amendment of the Lease Agreement. (a) The existing description of the Property contained in Exhibits A and B to the Lease Agreement is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Amendment of the Lease Agreement. (a) The description of the Site contained in Exhibit A to the Lease Agreement is hereby amended by releasing and terminating from the Lease Agreement all property described in Exhibit A attached thereto. The resulting description of the Site shall be as described in Exhibit B attached hereto which shall modify and replace in its entirety Exhibit A attached to the Lease Agreement.
Amendment of the Lease Agreement. REQUIRING THE CONSENT OF THE CREDIT FACILITY ISSUER. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, any amendment, change or modification of the Lease Agreement which in the judgment of the Credit Facility Issuer (if a Credit Facility is in effect and no default has occurred and is continuing under the Credit Facility) materially and adversely affects the rights of the Credit Facility Issuer shall not become effective unless or until the Credit Facility Issuer shall have consented to the execution and delivery of such amendment, change or modification.
Amendment of the Lease Agreement. The principal payments under the Lease Agreement are hereby amended by increasing the principal amount thereunder by $78,475.00. The interest payments under the Lease Agreement are hereby amended to reflect such increased principal amount. Exhibit A to the Lease Agreement is hereby amended to reflect Exhibit A attached hereto.
