Amendment to Scope of Services. The Scope of Services may be changed only by written amendment or supplement to the Scope of Services described herein. The parties agree to amend or supplement the Scope of Services described herein promptly to reflect any material changes or additions to the Scope of Services.
Amendment to Scope of Services. Town shall have the right to amend the Scope of Services within the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, by written notification to the Consultant. In such event, the compensation and time of performance shall be subject to renegotiation upon written demand of either party to the Agreement. Failure of the Consultant to secure Town's written authorization for extra or changed work shall constitute a waiver of any and all right to adjustment in the contract price or time due, whether by way of compensation, restitution, quantum meruit, etc. for work done without the appropriate Town authorization.
Amendment to Scope of Services. City shall have the right to amend the Scope of Work within the Agreement by written notification to the Consultant. In such event, the compensation and time of performance shall be subject to renegotiation upon written demand of either party to the Agreement. Consultant shall not commence any work exceeding the Scope of Work without prior written authorization from the City. Failure of the Consultant to secure City's written authorization for extra or changed work shall constitute a waiver of any and all right to adjustment in the contract price or time due, whether by way of compensation, restitution, quantum meruit, etc., for work done without the appropriate City authorization.
Amendment to Scope of Services. During the term of this Agreement, the Scope of Services attached hereto as Exhibit B, may be amended by the WRC and approved by resolution of the City during the term of this Agreement without requiring a resolution from the Oakland County Board of Commissioners.
Amendment to Scope of Services. In performing the duties set forth in Paragraph 1 (Humane Society Services, Generally) and more specifically described in the Scope of Services attached as Exhibit I “Scope of Services,” Humane Society shall comply with all County codes governing animals. Such County codes governing animals are attached as Exhibit III, “Health and Sanitation and Animal Regulations.”
