Amendments to Collective Agreement. This Part of the Memorandum of Agreement amends the collective agreement, and these amendments will apply to all workers represented by the Union.
Amendments to Collective Agreement. Any amendments that may be required to this Collective Agreement shall be reduced to writing in the form of a letter of intent and shall be signed by both parties including the President and one other officer of the Union and the Manager and his/her designee. Such letters that are duly signed shall be included in and form part of the Collective Agreement as of the applicable date.
Amendments to Collective Agreement. No employee shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Employer or the Employer's representatives which conflicts with the terms of this Agreement unless both parties (SSU and the Employer) agree to the said change.
Amendments to Collective Agreement. 26.01 Any amendment to the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement will be a matter of negotiations between the Union and the Company, and amendments will not be implemented without the mutual agreement of the parties hereto.
