Amount of Scheduled Work. Part-time positions shall be created and scheduled to work thirty (30) hours or less, but more than fifteen (15) hours per week. If a part-time employee has worked three (3) or more consecutive times, for more than thirty (30) work hours in a week, the employee shall become a full-time regular employee under this Agreement. The only exceptions to this provision shall be when the Employer and Union mutually and specifically agree otherwise, or when the part-time employee has been scheduled or called in to cover for the absence of a vacationing or sick employee. Except for prior mutual consent between Employer and Union, a part-time employee who works more than one thousand, four hundred and ninety-nine (1499) hours in any twelve (12) month period shall become, at that time, a regular full-time employee under the Agreement. If any part-time employee becomes a regular, full-time employee, they shall receive pay and benefits in the same manner as any other regular employee under the Agreement.

  • Amount of Sick Leave Employees shall be granted sick leave on the basis of one and one-half (1 1/2) days per month of service in a continuing appointment, at the F.T.E. of current appointment. If in any one year employees have not used their sick leave, or only a portion thereof, it shall accrue to their credit for future use and benefits.

  • Minimum Amount of Each Borrowing; Maximum Number of Borrowings The aggregate principal amount of each Borrowing of Loans shall be in a multiple of $100,000 and shall not be less than the Minimum Borrowing Amount. More than one Borrowing may occur on any date; provided that at no time shall there be outstanding more than four (4) Borrowings of LIBOR Loans under this Agreement.
