Ancillary Equipment Enclosures. Seller will be responsible for incorporating the following elements in the design and construction of the System: • Location: all ancillary equipment shall be located in a manner that minimizes its impact to normal Purchaser operations and minimizes the visual impacts to the site.
Ancillary Equipment Enclosures. Seller will be responsible for incorporating the following elements in the design and construction of the System:  Fencing: all pad-mounted equipment shall be surrounded by a fence to prevent access by unauthorized personnel. The fence shall be a six (6) foot high chain link fence with provision for vinyl privacy slats or mesh screen mutually agreed upon. This requirement does not apply to existing perimeter fences already in place, and may be waived at the Purchaser’s sole discretion.  Location: all ancillary equipment shall be located in a manner that minimizes its impact to normal Purchaser operations and minimizes the visual impacts to the site.

  • Safety Equipment Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.
