ANNUAL CHARGE. For custody services procurement services provided to Funds by Company as described in the Agreement, Company shall be paid a fee in the amount of .1 basis points of the Fund assets held by the custodian, plus Company's out-of-pocket expenses. Such fee shall accrue daily and be paid monthly. The fee is billable on a monthly basis.
ANNUAL CHARGE. Assets of the Variable Investment Options will be subject to an annual charge to be assessed as a daily asset charge. This daily asset charge is for the expenses and benefit features of the Contract. The charge will be made pursuant to item (c) of "
ANNUAL CHARGE. As compensation for the delivery of Contract Quantity to Customer, Customer agrees to pay ECS an Annual Charge in the amount equal to $1,968,750. Commencing on the first month after the Start Date, the Annual Charge shall be payable in twelve equal monthly installments, in accordance with Section 4.1(b) hereunder. If the Start Date is on a day other than the first day of a month, then, for such month only, Customer shall pay ECS an amount equal to one-twelfth of the first Contract Year's Annual Charge, prorated for the number of days in such month from and after the Start Date. ANNUAL CHARGE. The “Annual Charge” is a fixed cash payment structured to cover capital costs, maintenance expenses, fixed and variable power costs, taxes and other components of the bundled service not covered by the natural gas payment or “Service Charge”. Based on current natural gas prices, the Annual Charge due ECS equals $1,326,000 annually due in equal monthly installments of $110,500. In addition, the 5-year capital asset financing would require a balloon payment in the amount of $1,796,000 due ECS at the end of the contract term.
