Annual Cleanups. The Contractor, when requested by Customer or the City Representative, shall provide free services to each Single Family Residence account for one (1) on-call annual cleanup per contract year for each year of the Agreement during such annual cleanup. The Contractor shall pickup bundled Green Waste, Bulky Waste and bagged Solid Waste and transport to a Disposal Site or processing facility at no additional cost to Customers. The following guidelines must be followed: · All waste must be left at the curb by 6:00 a.m. · The truck will pass each street one time only. · Items, where appropriate, should be placed in garbage bags or boxes. All containers, including garbage cans, will be discarded (permanently removed from Customer’s property). · Tree prunings and branches up to 6 inches in diameter must be tied in bundles not longer than 4 feet. · In addition to large furniture items and white goods, the maximum each residence may dispose of is 2 cubic yards (approximately 16 trash bags or 3' x 3' x 6'). · Up to 4 unmounted passenger tires allowed per Single Family Residence. · No single item that cannot be handled by two people will be accepted. · The following items will not be picked up: Hazardous Waste, concrete or dirt. The Contractor shall record by the weight (in tons) all of the Solid Waste collected.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
