Annual-Cumulative. All regular full-time employees are allowed one (1) day of sick leave per month of employment, cumulative to a maximum of one hundred twenty and fifty (120150) days. Accumulated sick leave shall only be paid out at the time of retirement in accordance with Section 15.05 and only if the employee is eligible for benefits under Section 15.05.
