Annual-Cumulative. All regular full-time employees are allowed one (1) day of sick leave per month of employment, cumulative to a maximum of one hundred twenty and fifty (120150) days. Probationary employees shall not be allowed to use paid sick leave during the probationary period, but upon completion of the probationary period they will be credited with sick leave earned from the date of their original hire.
