ANNUAL LEAVE AND LONG SERVICE LEAVE. 12.1 Recreation leave, leave bonus and long service leave entitlements will be paid in accordance with the prescribed entitlements. 12.2 While normally employees are not entitled to pro-rata long service leave until they have accrued ten years’ continuous service, employees retrenched under this agreement shall on termination receive payment for an amount equivalent to pro-rata long service after one year’s continuous service.
