Annual Listing and Verification. On or before the date this Agreement is executed and on or before each August 1 that falls during the term of this Agreement, the Contractor will provide the District with the following: (a) A list of all individuals who will operate vehicles in the course of providing Services on behalf of Contractor. No individual who has not been included on an annual list submitted by Contractor to the District will be permitted to operate a vehicle during the school year for which the list was provided.

Annual Listing and Verification. On or before the date this Agreement is executed and on or before one full week before school begins each year, the Contractor will provide the District with the following: (a) A list of all individuals who will operate vehicles in the course of providing Services on behalf of Contractor. No individual who has not been included on an annual list submitted by Contractor to the District will be permitted to operate a vehicle during the school year for which the list was provided, unless Contractor provides the District with notice and copies of the qualifications described in this Agreement. (b) An affidavit in which the Contractor attests that every bus driver named in the list provided under subparagraph (a) directly above: (i) has met, and presently meets, the qualifications for school bus drivers as set forth in 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 1509; (ii) has complied with the Child Protective Services Law, 23 Pa.C.S.A. § 6344; and (iii) is eligible for employment with Contractor because no grounds exist for denying employment to the driver. (c) A file for each bus driver named in the list provided under subparagraph (a) directly above. The file for each such individual will include the copies of the individual's current Pennsylvania Bus Driver's license, Physical Exam Certificate, and required criminal background and child abuse clearances.

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING Employees may be tested for drugs and/or alcohol pursuant to the provisions of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement as if more fully set forth herein.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards. 2. Grantee agrees to cooperate fully and provide the System Agency and its representatives timely access to Products, records, and other items and information needed to conduct such review, evaluation, testing, and monitoring.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Monitoring and Review The Provider agrees to allow access to the Department for purposes of monitoring and review. This access includes but is not limited to client records, fiscal records, staffing records, policy and procedural manuals, facilities, staff, and children in care of the Department. The Department will conduct quality reviews, which may include site-based quality review visits.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • EMHS Governance, Safety and Quality Requirements 4.1 Participates in the maintenance of a safe work environment. 4.2 Actively participates in the Peak Performance program. 4.3 Supports the delivery of safe patient care and the consumers’ experience including participation in continuous quality improvement activities in accordance with the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other recognised health standards. 4.4 Completes mandatory training (including safety and quality training) as relevant to role. 4.5 Performs duties in accordance with the EMHS Vision and Values, WA Health Code of Conduct, Occupational Safety and Health legislation, the Disability Services Act and the Equal Opportunity Act and Government, WA Health, EMHS and Departmental / Program specific policies and procedures.

  • Drug and Alcohol Policy 67.1 The Parties agree to apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (as amended from time to time) contained in Appendix G. 67.2 The Employer may refer an Employee affected by drugs or alcohol to the services provided by Incolink.
