Annual Project Review. A. Annually, prior to the end of the first quarter of each calendar year throughout the Term of the Agreement, the Authority will submit to the Fuel Committee a schedule of capital projects and cost estimates for such projects for the upcoming fiscal year. Upgrades, modifications or expansions of the Fuel Facilities will be included in the schedule along with estimates of project costs.

Annual Project Review. Based on the above report, an annual project review shall be conducted at the end of the project implementation period or during the fourth quarter of the year or soon after, to assess the performance of the project. This review is driven by the Project Board and may involve other stakeholders as required. It shall focus on the extent to which progress is being made towards outputs, and that these remain aligned to appropriate outcomes.
