Annual Stipend. 1 The annual stipend payable under this provision is equal to the difference between the Increment A of the Employee’s current lane and the Employee’s current rate of pay multiplied by the annual hours of the Employee’s current contract.
Annual Stipend. All NTA employees who work and are paid for their entire 2016-17 annual contract will receive an annual stipend of $1,500 payable in June, 2017. Annual Stipend. Director shall receive an annual stipend in the amount of $10,000.00, payable in four quarterly installments of $2,500.00 each, in advance on or before the last day of each calendar quarter throughout the Term.

All other benefits provided under this provision terminate upon the death of the retired Educator.
