In case there are more than six (6) months until the end of the year, an Annual Work Program for the current year shall be submitted. In case there are less than six (6) months until the end of the year, only the Annual Work Program for the subsequent year shall be submitted by October 31st of the current year or within the term established in item 11.14 after October 31. An exception can be made to paragraph 11.14.2 if there are activities to be effectively developed by the Concessionaire in the second semester of the current year, provided that ANP is consulted as to the actual need therefor before submission of the Annual Work Program. The Recipient shall, not later than November 30th of each year, prepare and furnish to the Association an annual work plan and budget (“Annual Work Plan and Budget”) for the Project for the subsequent year, said Annual Work Plan and Budget of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested.
