Annual Work Program definition

Annual Work Program means an itemized statement of the Petroleum Operations to be carried out in the Contract Area during a Calendar Year.

Annual Work Program means the annual plan of activities supported by the Project to be carried out in each calendar year, as prepared by the Recipient, through the TSG, and agreed between the Recipient and the Association pursuant to Section II.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Annual Work Program means for each calendar year, the program of activities approved by the Association for inclusion under the Project for such year, in accordance with the provisions of Section I.E.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Examples of Annual Work Program in a sentence

• In all cases, each operation of the Annual Work Program, for which the Ministry has not requested revision or modification, must be carried out by the Contractor within the time periods set forth.

• In such case, after notification to the Ministry, the Contractor may make such changes provided that the fundamental objectives of said Annual Work Program are not modified.

• Thereafter, not later than (3) months prior to the start of each Calendar Year, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Ministry for approval an Annual Work Program, detailed item by item, including therein the corresponding Annual Budget for all of the Exploration Perimeter, then, if applicable, for the Exploitation Perimeter(s), in specifying the Petroleum Operations which he proposes to carry out over the course of the following Calendar Year.

• The date of adoption of the Annual Work Program and of the corresponding Annual Budget shall be the above-cited mutually agreed date.

• Each Annual Work Program and corresponding Annual Budget shall be itemized between the different activities of exploration, and if applicable, of appraisal for each discovery, of development and of production for each commercial deposit.

More Definitions of Annual Work Program

Annual Work Program means the group of activities to be performed by the Concessionaire within any one calendar year, pursuant to Clause Sixteen.

Annual Work Program means any of the annual work programs referred to in Section 3.07 (a) (i) of this Agreement;
