Annual Work Plans & Budgets. The Subgrantee shall prepare and submit a draft annual work plan which flows down from the global Work Plan as submitted to USAID by the prime recipient and a budget that outlines current and future staffing of the Subgrantee, planned activities, plans for management of the activities, and targets for success for each of the activities. The draft annual work-plan and budget shall be submitted by the Subgrantee to WaterAid at least fifteen (15) days prior to end of the of each USAID fiscal year.

The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than November 30 of each year during the implementation of the Project, an Annual Work Plan and Budget containing all eligible Project activities and expenditures planned for the following FY, including a specification of the source or sources of financing for each contract for eligible expenditures and the percentage of financing of each contract from each such source.
