Annuity and rehabilitation benefit Sample Clauses

Annuity and rehabilitation benefit. If, due to an occupational injury, an employee draws an annuity instead of sickness benefit and this takes place during the time that they are entitled to sick pay, the sick pay from the employer will not be calculated as per sub-clause 8.3. Instead it will be the difference between 90% of the monthly salary and the annuity. For salary elements up to 7.5 basic amounts, there is no entitlement to sick pay for the period when sickness benefit as per the Swedish Social Insurance Code is paid or rehabilitation benefit is paid.
