API Services. PSG’s liability for any and all obligations as set out in Section 13 in relation to API Services (as defined in Schedule C) will not in the aggregate exceed [***]% (unless a lower amount is stated in the Project Proposal) of the price payable for that part of the API Services as set out in the Budget Summary.
API Services. Pioneer has requested, and DST will provide Automated Public Interface Services ("API Services") as one of the FAN Services provided pursuant to the terms of the DST FAN Services Schedule (the "Schedule") between Pioneer and DST. Through API Services, Shareholders use the Internet to connect to Customer Web Site and submit Transaction requests to the Fund's transfer agent via a dedicated communication line between the Customer Web Site and FAN, as described further in this Service Exhibit.
API Services. If Customer desires to access and use the Company API, Customer must subscribe for API access in an applicable Service Order Form. Customer shall use the Company API strictly in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and only:
(a) with API Credentials issued to Customer and registered specifically for Customer’s use; (b) for the Customer’s use of the Software Services and for no other purpose; and (c) to allow its Applications or content to interface with the Software Services.
API Services. According to the terms and conditions of these API Services Terms and the Agreement, Customer may access and use the API Services. For clarity, the API Services are provided pursuant to the Subscription Services terms and restrictions in the Agreement and the API Services are provided on a non-exclusive basis.
API Services. Consulting services, support, or other assistance provided to your Organization relating to the API will be billed at eTapestry’s then-current standard rate on a monthly basis.
API Services. Customer hereby subscribes to access GNOSIS’ API as described in each Order Form and in accordance with the applicable Scope of Services. Such access and use are limited to Customer’s internal business purposes.
API Services. Customer's use of the API Services are additionally subject to the provisions of Exhibit A, which is hereby incorporated in its entirety into this Agreement.
API Services. Persona Music’s API Client uses YouTube API Services. If you are using our Service on YouTube, you hereby by agreeing to our Privacy Policy also certify that you have read and agree to YouTube’s General Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
API Services. Where Customer is using the API services (“Integration Services”), Customer will also comply with the provisions of the Integration Services specific Terms and Conditions.
