APNIC Sample Clauses

APNIC. Pty Ltd, for the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre of 0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, South Brisbane, Queensland, 4101, Australia (“APNIC”) American Registry for Internet Numbers, Ltd Latin American and Caribbean Internet Addresses Registry Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre of Xxxxxx 000, 0000 XX Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx (“RIPE NCC”)

APNIC has the right to reinstate the membership of the members of the NIR Member, as Members of APNIC, provided that such members enter into a Membership Agreement with APNIC; and At APNIC’s request, the NIR Member must give all reasonable assistance (other than financial assistance) to APNIC to facilitate the efficient and effective transfer of the membership of the members of the NIR Member, to APNIC. For clarity, the NIR Member’s obligations in clause 2.3(d)(2) survives the termination of this agreement.

APNIC recognizes the importance of National Internet Registries as APNIC’s partners in contributing to the sustainable growth of the Internet in the APNIC service region, and fostering the interests of the global Internet community.

APNIC recognizes the NIR Member as a member of APNIC, as well as the National Internet Registry for the country or economy listed in this agreement. APNIC and the NIR Member enter into this agreement to record the cooperative nature of their relationship.

APNIC. Foundation Limited, a not-for-profit organisation located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (APNIC Foundation), (each a Party and together the Parties).

APNIC. WIDE Project and JPRS (each a Party and collectively the Parties) perform critical roles within their own communities which support the growth of an open, secure and stable Internet, and share an interest in promoting the further development, deployment and operation of DNS services.

APNIC. Definition Document means the document titled APNIC Definition Document, forming part of APNIC’s corporate documents, which can be located at APNIC’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx.

APNIC will supervise and monitor the technical and financial aspects of the Project work conducted by the Recipient including any research, development and implementation work required to perform the Project. APNIC reserves the right to designate a new contact for the Recipient to communicate with in relation to the terms of this Agreement without amending this Agreement.

APNIC. Foundation’s maximum aggregate liability to the Recipient for any loss, damage, injury or any other claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any breach by APNIC Foundation of this Agreement, however arising, under any indemnity, in tort (including negligence), under any statute (to the extent permitted by law), custom, law or any other basis, is limited to the amount specified in the Schedule.

APNIC shall provide the Project Funds to the Recipient in accordance with the disbursement schedule set out in the Schedule, in consideration for the performance of the Project and the achievement of the Project Objectives.
