APPEAL OF EVALUATION. 6.6.1 If the Evaluatee feels the evaluation is incorrect or inaccurate, the Evaluatee may appeal as follows: a. The Evaluatee shall have ten (10) working days from the date of the evaluation conference within which to file a written rebuttal with Human Resources and the Evaluator. The written rebuttal will be attached to the evaluation instrument for placement in the personnel file. b. Within the same ten (10) working day period, the Evaluatee may request a three-party conference with the Evaluator’s supervisor (Evaluatee, Evaluator, and next level Administrator). The completion of this conference ends the appeal process.
