Appeal to City Administrator. If the grievance is not settled at Step 2, and the grievant and/or the Council wishes to appeal the grievance, it may refer the matter to the City Administrator within ten (10) calendar days of the receipt of the Chief's response at Step 2. The City Administrator shall investigate the grievance, and shall convene a meeting with the employee and/or Council representatives at a mutually agreed time and date. The City Administrator shall render a written decision within ten (10) days of the meeting.

Appeal to City Administrator. If the grievance is not settled in Step 1, the grievant may, within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of the immediate supervisor's answer, file a written grievance setting forth the nature of the grievance and the contract provision(s) involved. The grievant, xxxxxxx, representative of Local 700 and the administrator will discuss the grievance at a mutually agreeable time within seven (7) calendar days of his receipt of the grievance. The administrator may have present other persons whom the administrator determines appropriate. If no agreement is reached in such discussion, the administrator will give his answer in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the discussion.

  • Claims Administrator A. The Human Resources Director through his/her designated Claims Administrators shall administer the provision of this policy.   • Salary Administration Section 1. Salary eligibility date is defined as the date an employee is eligible for an annual performance pay increase. The salary eligibility date is computed from the date of hire. Employees shall be eligible for annual performance pay increases on the employees' salary eligibility date provided the employee is not at the top step of the salary range of the employees' classification. The employee may be denied the annual performance pay increase if there has been a serious performance or attendance problem. Denials are subject to review within six (6) months. Denials may be grieved under the provisions of Article 51.

  • Medical Benefits - Prescription Drugs Administered by a Provider (other than a pharmacist) This plan covers prescription drugs as a medical benefit, referred to as “medical prescription drugs”, when the prescription drug requires administration (or the FDA approved recommendation is administration) by a licensed healthcare provider (other than a pharmacist). Please note: Specialty prescription drugs meeting these requirements or recommendations are covered as a pharmacy benefit and not a medical benefit.
