Covenant Running with the Land The terms of this Agreement constitute a covenant running with the land for the life of this Agreement unless specific terms are expressly made binding beyond the life of this Agreement. Furthermore, the terms herein are hereby expressly made binding upon all heirs, grantees, lessees, executors, assigns and successors in interest of the Owner as to all or any part of the tracts, and are further expressly made binding upon said City and the duly elected or appointed successors in office of its Corporate Authorities.
Covenants Running with the Land All Obligations contained in this Mortgage are intended by Mortgagor and Mortgagee to be, and shall be construed as, covenants running with the Land. As used herein, “Mortgagor” shall refer to the party named in the first paragraph of this Mortgage and to any subsequent owner of all or any portion of the Mortgaged Property. All Persons who may have or acquire an interest in the Mortgaged Property shall be deemed to have notice of, and be bound by, the terms of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents; provided, however, that no such party shall be entitled to any rights thereunder without the prior written consent of Mortgagee.
Unbroken Vacation Period An Employee shall receive an unbroken period of vacation unless mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.
Unbroken Vacation Except during the period of time referred to in Article 17.06, where operational requirements permit, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to grant to an Employee her request to enjoy her vacation entitlement in a single unbroken period of leave.
AGREEMENT PERIOD The terms of this Agreement and the performance of the parties hereto shall commence, or be deemed to have commenced, the 1st day of January 2020 and will continue through the 31st day of December 2020, both dates inclusive, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for herein.
Employee Leaving During the Notice Period An Employee whose employment is terminated except for malingering, inefficiency, neglect of duty, misconduct or refusing duty, may terminate the employment during the period of notice and, if so, shall be entitled to the same benefits and payments under this clause had the Employee remained with the Employer until the expiry of such notice. Provided that in such circumstances the Employee shall not be entitled to payment in lieu of notice.
Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
