Neither the Employee nor the Shop Xxxxxxx shall suffer a loss of pay. Suitable arrangements for an appropriate time and place shall be made with the Manager or designate.
Meeting with the Employee. The purpose for this meeting is to ask the employee how they want to be accommodated. Personnel will take notes and will communicate that they will respond to the employee after they have had a discussion with management. How the employee wants to be accommodated will be taken into consideration when making a decision on how to handle this request.

These investigations shall not unreasonably interfere with the operations of the Society and permission for them shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Union shall endeavour to limit such investigative meetings to fifteen (15) minutes of paid time; however, it is recognized that in certain circumstances more time may be needed.

  • Covenant Running with the Land The terms of this Agreement constitute a covenant running with the land for the life of this Agreement unless specific terms are expressly made binding beyond the life of this Agreement. Provided that in such circumstances the Employee shall not be entitled to payment in lieu of notice.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
