Application and Approval Process. (i) A Teacher wishing to participate in the Plan must forward a written application to the Superintendent of Human Resources & Employee Relations no later than January 31 preceding the school year in which he/she wishes to enter the Plan. The Superintendent of Human Resources & Employee Relations will forward the application with comments to the Deferred Salary Leave Plan Advisory Committee.
