Common use of Application and Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Application and Indemnification. The Association assumes full responsibility for the validity and legality of the provisions herein set forth. The Association, by the execution of this Agency Shop provision, expressly agrees to indemnify and save the Board, the Board members, the District and its administrative employees harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits or other forms of liability that may arise out of or by reason of this provision, or by reasons of claims, or demands made by the Association that a teacher be discharged because of this provision.
