Application for Permanent Appointment. (a) A professional librarian member holding a probationary appointment shall be considered for permanent appointment in the course of the second year of employment. No later than six (6)months prior to the end of the probationary period, the University Librarian shall so notify the member and the Library Council, notification to include the date which application must he made. An application for permanent appointment shall he in writing by the candidate and be sent to University Librarian. The application shall be accompanied by a dossier consisting of a vitae and any other documentation which the member wishes to as evidence of the criteria specified in Article
