The Contributor hereby: acknowledges the receipt of a copy of the Rules, as in force on the date of entry into force of this Contribution Agreement; and agrees that the Rules shall apply to this Contribution Agreement and the Contribution, as if incorporated herein in full.

Application of the Rules. If you’re not a small customer but you have been classified as consuming less than 100MWh (NSW) 40MWh (VIC) of electricity per year and/or 1TJ of gas per year, we both agree to apply the Rules to you as if you were a small customer.
