Appointment of Members with Seniority Status. 13.6.3.1 When an appointment is available for a course or substantially similar course for which a Member has seniority status and accrued the most seniority points, and the Member has maintained a satisfactory teaching performance, the Part-time Appointment Committee shall recommend the appointment of that Member to the Xxxx. Subject to 13.6.3.2, the Xxxx may make the appointment prior to the appropriate date of posting under 13.3.
