Appointment of the Chief Executive Officer. For so long as the Investors continue to own at least 50% of the outstanding shares of Series B Stock, if a new Chief Executive Officer of the Company is to be appointed, the Investors shall have the right to designate one of the Series B Designees to be involved in any search or evaluation process established by the Board of Directors to interview candidates and recommend to the Board of Directors a new Chief Executive Officer of the Company, including, without limitation, by way of serving on any committee formed to oversee the search for and hiring of such new Chief Executive Officer.
