Appointments and Transfers. 11.01 (a) The Employer shall post, within the Site, notices of vacancies for full-time, part- time and temporary positions covered by this Collective Agreement not less than ten (10) calendar days in advance of making an appointment. Copies of all postings shall be forwarded to the Unit Chair Person.
