Common use of Apprenticeship Eligibility Requirements Clause in Contracts

Apprenticeship Eligibility Requirements. In order to be eligible for apprenticeship under these standards the applicant must meet the following qualifications: (i) They must have a grade twelve (12) or it’s educational equivalent. Exceptions to these requirements may be made by the Company upon the recommendation of the Committee for applicants who have unusual qualifications. It is understood that all applicants must successfully pass the Company’s regular employment requirements.
