Climb cruise and descent performance associated with the Guarantees will include allowances for normal electrical load and for normal engine air bleed and power extraction associated with maximum cabin differential pressure as defined in Section 21-30.31 of the Specification. Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.
Programming Seller shall not make any material changes in the broadcast hours or in the percentages of types of programming broadcast by the Station, or make any other material change in the Station's programming policies, except such changes as in the good faith judgment of the Seller are required by the public interest.
Service Area The municipalities and counties in and around which Seller operates or is authorized to operate the Systems and the Business, which are disclosed on Schedule 1.39.
