Flexible Working Arrangements In accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000, an employee affected by family violence may request a short-term (two months or less) variation of their employment arrangements to assist the employee to deal with the effects of family violence.

Working Arrangements As part of a process leading to improvements, it is recognised that hot weather procedures including relocation, must be part of the formal OH&S procedures developed, adopted and managed on a project basis having regard for the different conditions that may prevail on projects in various locations. Flexible Work Schedules (a) Academic Professional staff members throughout the University may have, as indicated below, flexible work schedules. For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends. A flexible work schedule is defined as having established working hours different from the standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, to be followed by an employee for an agreed upon period of time.
