Common use of Approval of Contractor’s Staff Clause in Contracts

Approval of Contractor’s Staff. 4.2.1 County Project Director has the right to approve or disapprove any proposed replacement for Contractor Project Manager. If Contractor desires to replace, or if County, at its discretion, requires removal of, Contractor Project Manager, Contractor shall provide County with a resume of such proposed replacement, and an opportunity to interview such person prior to such person performing any Work hereunder. County shall not unreasonably delay its approval of a replacement of Contractor Project Manager. 4.2.2 All staff employed by and on behalf of Contractor shall be adults, 18 years of age and older, who are legally eligible to work under the laws of the United States of America and the State of California. Contractor’s staff having direct contact with County (either by telephone, electronic or written correspondence, or in person) shall be fully fluent in both spoken and written English.
