Other Contractor Personnel. 3.1 Contractor shall be responsible for providing trained staff to fulfill the services required under this Contract. Training shall include, but shall not be limited to, policies and procedures, equipment and monitoring, case management techniques, documentation procedures, participant compliance procedures, participant fee assessment procedures, and knowledge of applicable legal statutes. 3.2 The Contractor's SEC Program case management duties may be performed by the Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager, as needed. 3.3 All operational personnel shall be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. 3.4 Contractor shall demonstrate the ability to provide services for Spanish and other non-English speaking Participants. 3.5 Contractor shall ensure that by the first day of employment, all of its employees with access to its computer system, database or records of Participants monitored by this system have signed Attachment E, entitled "Confidentiality of XXXX Information," regarding confidentiality that meets the standards of Probation for County employees having access to confidential criminal offender record information (XXXX). Contractor shall retain the original XXXX form and forward a copy to Project Director within five (5) business days of start of employment. 3.6 Contractor shall inform County’s Project Director, in writing, within ten (10) business days, of any change in Contractor’s personnel assigned to perform any work on this Program. Contractor shall provide employee rosters on a monthly basis to the County’s Project Director. 3.6.1 The following shall be the minimum number of primary staff to perform Contract duties at Contractor’s Service Facility: 1 Project Manager 1 Assistant Project Manager/Case Manager 2 Case Managers, based on a maximum caseload requirement of 50 participants to one Case Manager 3.6.2 The following shall consist of the Contractor Executive Support Team, as additional staff to be provided by Contractor in Orange County to support primary staff at Contractor’s Service Facility: 1 Executive/Chief Executive Officer 1 Management/Senior Vice President 1 Management/Director of Program Operations (Backup Case Manager) 1 Operations/Operations Coordinator (Backup Case Manager) 1 Operations/Education Director (Backup Case Manager) 1 Operations/Special Projects Coordinator (Backup Case Manager) 1 Management /Program Manager (Backup Case Manager)

Other Contractor Personnel. The Agency and/or the Contractor shall require all other personnel in WSDOT owned highway right-of-way or highway right-of-way under WSDOT jurisdiction under their control (including Service Providers, Subcontractors, and lower tier Subcontractors) that are on foot in the work zone and are exposed to vehicle traffic or construction equipment to wear the high-visibility apparel meeting Performance Class 2 or 3 requirements of the ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 publication titled “American National Standard for High Visibility Safety Apparel and Headwear.
Other Contractor Personnel. 5.4.3.1 Contractor shall be responsible for providing trained staff to fulfill the services required under this Contract. Training shall include, but shall not be limited to, policies and procedures, equipment and monitoring, documentation procedures, compliance procedures for monitored individuals, and knowledge of applicable legal statutes. 5.4.3.2 Contractor shall provide documentation of specific program experience for each staff member. Minimum qualifications and a job description must be stated for each position. Position titles, duties and qualifications for each position must be described. 5.4.3.3 Contractor shall provide a resume for all program supervisory personnel, which demonstrates their qualifications and the amount of time in previous assignments. 5.4.3.4 All personnel shall be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. 5.4.3.5 Contractor shall inform County’s Project Director in writing within 10 business days of any change in Contractor’s personnel assigned to perform any work on this program.
Other Contractor Personnel. 7.2.1.1 The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for providing qualified staff to fulfill the contracted services. 7.2.1.2 The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that by the first day of employment, all person working on this contract shall have signed an acknowledgement form regarding confidentiality that meets the standards of the Probation Department for COUNTY employees having access to confidential criminal offender record information (XXXX). CONTRACTOR shall retain the original XXXX form and forward a copy to COUNTY Contract Manager within five (5) business days of start of employment. (Refer to Exhibit H, Confidentiality of XXXX).
Other Contractor Personnel. All additional and key Contractor support personnel required to successfully complete the Project shall be identified by the Contractor in Attachment 4 to Schedule A. For the duration of the Project, these support personnel will work closely with the State staff involved in the Project.
Other Contractor Personnel. 4.1 CONTRACTOR shall ensure compliance with all items listed in Exhibit A to this CONTRACT, Statement of Work, Section 5.0. 4.2 CONTRACTOR shall provide supervisory, administrative and direct services personnel to accomplish the services required under this CONTRACT.

Except as provided above, with respect to Contractor’s performance of this Contract, all other personnel provided by Contractor to serve as and fulfill the duties of Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, Consultant, Junior Consultant, Business Analyst, and Documentation Specialist/Technical Writer as those job titles are defined in State Term Contract 80101500-20-1, are subject to DEO’s prior approval at DEO’s sole discretion.

Other Contractor Personnel. 2.3.1 The CONTRACTOR shall ensure a high standard of conduct of its personnel; including compliance at all times with any applicable State and Federal regulations related to the specific requirements of this Contract. The CONTRACTOR represents and warrants that the firm, its agents and employees will not engage in any activity or enterprise giving rise to an actual or apparent conflict of interest with CONTRACTOR’s duties under this Contract. 2.3.2 Personnel assigned by the CONTRACTOR to perform the required services shall at all times be employees of the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall have the sole right to hire, suspend, discipline or discharge them. However, any employee of the CONTRACTOR who, in the opinion of TTC, should be removed from the performance of services related to the Contract, shall immediately be removed upon the written request of the TTC Contract Administrator. 2.3.3 The CONTRACTOR shall not subcontract for the performance of any services hereunder unless the provisions in Section 8.39, Subcontracting, of the Sample Contract are met. 2.3.4 CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for providing sufficient staff to perform services under this Contract. 2.3.5 All personnel providing services in conjunction with the Contract will be required to sign a Contractor Employee Acknowledgement and Confidentiality Agreement or a Non-Employee Acknowledgement and Confidentiality Agreement as set forth in Exhibits G2 and G3 of this Contract. During the term of the Contract, the CONTRACTOR shall maintain an updated file of the signed forms and shall forward originals of all signed forms to the TTC Contract Administrator.

COUNTY shall have the right to review and approve potential staff prior to assignment. 6.4.2 The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that by the first day of employment, all persons with access to juvenile and/or adult records and arrest information, and Probation Department case information have signed an acknowledgment form regarding confidentiality that meets the standards of the Probation Department for COUNTY employees having access to confidential criminal offender record information (XXXX). CONTRACTOR shall retain original XXXX form and forward a copy to COUNTY Contract Manager within five (5) business days of start of employment. (Refer to Exhibit L) 6.4.3 All personnel must be able to read, write, spell, speak, and understand English. 6.4.4 The COUNTY reserves the right to preclude the CONTRACTOR from employment or continued employment of any individual. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for immediately removing and replacing within twenty-four (24) hours any employee from work on this contract, when reasonably requested to do so by the COUNTY Contract Manager. 6.4.5 COUNTY reserves the right to have Program Manager or designated alternate interview any or all prospective employees of CONTRACTOR.
