Approval of Products. Prior to producing Product for sale, Licensee will submit to Agent for its review and written approval, three (3) identical production samples of the Product, and the address of the production facilities where the Product will be produced.

County shall have the right to prohibit the use of any product proposed or being used by Landlord’s Contractor should the County deem the product to be unsafe or harmful to those items being cleaned or to County’s staff. In this regard, Landlord must provide upon request a complete list of products to be used in the course of this Contract, together with Material Safety Data Sheets for each cleaning chemical.
Approval of Products. A. Initial Approval - As of the date of this Agreement, AFC Enterprises, Inc. ("AFC") has tested samples of the Products which have been provided by Supplier for sampling by AFC, and AFC have approved such Products.
Approval of Products. 9.1 Upon delivery the Buyer is obliged to carry out examination of products supplied. Defects or shortages which could reasonably have been detected during such examination shall not entitle the Buyer to advance a claim against Xxxxxxxxxxxx.

Submit a sample or other evidence of suitability. Do not confirm orders or use the product until approval of the sample has been obtained. Retain approved sample in good, clean condition on site. Approval of Products. It is intended that the only approved seafood products to be offered at the Combo Units shall be Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx'x seafood products approved pursuant to this Agreement. Miami Subs and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx'x will jointly agree on the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx'x products to be offered for sale in the Combo Units, and any proposed variations to the agreed upon menu. In addition, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx'x recognizes that Miami Subs Restaurants purchase food and products through approved national distributors. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx'x will assist Miami Subs in arranging for all necessary products to be distributed through Miami Subs approved distributors including instructing Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx'x approved suppliers to sell directly to Miami Subs approved distributors. In the event that Miami Subs' distributors distribute Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx'x products to an unapproved Miami Subs franchisee, Miami Subs will take whatever action is necessary and appropriate to have the distributor cease such shipments.

("AFCE") has tested samples of the Products which have been provided by Supplier for sampling by AFCE, and AFCE and COPA have approved such Products. All Products must be produced in compliance with the AFCE Quality Standard set forth on Exhibit A, or any superseding standard approved and issued by AFCE or by COPA, provided, however, Supplier shall receive reasonable prior written notice of any such superseding standard.
Approval of Products. No type of item will be processed unless the appropriateness, composition, design, construction, size, and finish of such item has been approved by Buzz Off and determined by Buzz Off to be compatible with the Buzz Off Process. Licensee will provide Buzz Off for testing, at no cost to Buzz Off, sufficient samples of each product sought by Licensee to be processed by Buzz Off to enable adequate testing by Buzz Off (the “Test Samples”). Buzz Off will perform such tests or analyses on the Test Samples as it deems necessary. Licensee will pay for all testing. If, in Buzz Off's judgment, the garment is appropriate and the composition, design, construction, size, and finish of the Test Samples are compatible with the Buzz Off Process, Buzz Off shall notify Licensee that the garment is acceptable for treatment with the Buzz Off Process (any such acceptable garment being herein referred to as a “Product”).
Approval of Products. Following the development of a Product design pursuant to paragraph (b) above, both JCP and MSLO must approve, in their reasonable discretion, samples of each Product before such Product can be manufactured for sale, as follows:
