Section 15.3 24 The grievance or arbitration discussions shall take place whenever possible on school time. Section 7.2 30 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be changed 31 without prior notice to the employee of two (2) calendar weeks. In the event of extenuating or unusual 32 circumstances, the employee may be given another assignment to be worked during their regularly 33 scheduled shift with less than the two (2) week notification. This notice may be waived by the employee.
Section 7.3 42 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite shift with designated times of beginning and ending.
Section 17.3 13 This Agreement may be reopened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of the 14 parties in writing; provided, however, that this Agreement shall be reopened to renegotiate Article XII,
Section 15.2 1. Step 1. 32 Employees shall first discuss the grievance with their immediate supervisor. If employees so 33 wish, they may be accompanied by an Association representative at such discussion. All 34 grievances not brought to the immediate supervisor in accordance with the preceding sentence 35 within twenty (20) workdays after the grievance is discovered or reasonably should have been 36 discovered, shall be invalid and subject to no further processing. The immediate supervisor 37 will respond to the grievant within five (5) workdays of the informal meeting. 38
Section 7.4 24 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 25 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) hours of 26 work.
Section 16.1 20 Employees shall be compensated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement for all hours
