Article 6 - Dues Check-Off. “Upon request in writing of any employee and upon request of the Union, the Company shall deduct the Union Dues, Assessments, and Initiation Fees out of the wages due to each employee and shall remit same to the person designated by the Union on or before the 20th day of each month.” The Union is being notified that you have received this letter and will expect you to make the necessary application for membership in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement.
